DaviWorks grants you a personal, non-transferable license ("License") to use the img2track software ("Software") under the terms and conditions listed below.
1. You may install and use the Software without a Registration Key on any computer free of charge.
2. To enable premium features of the Software, you may purchase a Registration Key from DaviWorks. This Key is for your personal use only. You shall not share it with others, nor permit others to use the Software with your Key installed. (It is easy to remove and replace the Key.) You shall not use the Software with a Key you did not purchase.
3. Please test the Software thoroughly on your computer and knitting machine before purchasing a Registration Key. We cannot guarantee that that the Software will work properly on your equipment. We do not give refunds for Registration Key purchases. We will fix bugs that prevent keys from working properly.
4. You shall not modify the Software to enable premium features.
5. You shall not distribute the Software. Please refer others to DaviWorks, so they may download the latest version.
6. See "Support" on our website for a link to the support forum. We will answer technical questions there. Bug reports may be submitted to knitting@daviworks.com; if we can reproduce a bug, we will try to fix it in the next release.
7. DaviWorks may release updated versions of the Software periodically. Your Registration Key will enable the premium features you purchased on versions of the program released within one year of your purchase. Your Key will never expire with these versions. Later versions of the Software may require purchase of an upgraded Key.
8. This software is provided without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. You shall not hold DaviWorks liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software. We are not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
10. This License shall be governed under the laws applicable at the principal place of business of DaviWorks.
